Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting and Advertising: Coordinate the posting of job openings on various platforms, including job boards, career websites, and social media.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring optimal coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status, interview schedules, and required documentation.
- Documentation and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including resumes, application forms, and interview feedback.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process, including conducting pre-employment checks, preparing offer letters, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Reporting and Metrics: Compile recruitment data and generate reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and source of hire.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving recruitment processes, and actively participate in implementing enhancements.

- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
