**Job Title: Head of Facility Management (Residential) PAN India Projects
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Facility Management for our residential projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of all residential facilities, ensuring a high standard of living for our residents while maximizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient management of residential facilities across multiple locations in India.
2. **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of facility managers and staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards and policies.
3. **Operational Management:** Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, and other related services.
4. **Budget Management:** Develop and manage budgets for Facility Management activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
5. **Vendor Management:** Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery at competitive prices.
6. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes pertaining to residential Facility Management, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
7. **Customer Satisfaction:** Monitor resident satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to continually improve service quality and resident experience.
8. **Emergency Response:** Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of residents and properties.
9. **Performance Measurement:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Facility Management operations.
10. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and innovation in Facility Management practices and implement appropriate solutions.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in Facility Management, with at least 15 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the residential real estate sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of Facility Management best practices, industry standards, and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential facilities, including budgeting, vendor management, and customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to travel frequently to various project locations across India as needed.
