The Successful Applicant
Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical / Management Graduate / Hotel Management Candidate should have 15 + years of hard core, proven experience in Facility Management Operations. He / she should have handled FM Operations for large premium Residential Projects / IT Parks / Commercial Complex consisting of multiple buildings.
What's on Offer
- Should be able to prepare and monitor Building CAM, control expenses and recoveries
- Should be able to handle statutory compliances with regards to CFO, MPCB, etc as and when required
- Added knowledge on society / condominium formation would be helpful
