Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Their duties include performing market research, creating content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns, leading our Digital Marketing initiatives, shaping and executing digital strategies, building and elevating brands online, and managing diverse client portfolios. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative digital campaigns, driving online presence, and ensuring the overall success of our Digital Marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1) Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
2) Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
3) Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
4) Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
5) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
6) Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
7) Measure performance of Digital Marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
8) Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
9) Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing diverse Digital Marketing campaigns and driving online engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing channels, tools, analytics, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
