GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a team from IITs, and IIMs, working in a digital Investment Banking space. We are a buy side focused M&A target sourcing partner for corporates that are looking to acquire companies globally. We have worked with 80+ clients and closed multiple deals. We are looking for an Investment Banking Associate who is passionate about solving buyers' problems and helping them close deals. Someone who wants to work and grow in a startup culture and grow with the company.
This role is fit for someone who is interested in disrupting the Investment Banking space with technology and wants to automate M&A for small-mid size deals. Someone who is willing to be a part of the core team and grow the business from 1 to 10 in the next few years
Job Description, include but is not limited to :
1) Own a sector within GrowthPal, and manage the client relationships within the sector
2) Be responsible for client deliverables, client's success and renewals. Be in regular touch with the client, understand their mandates and guide them in their M&A journey. Act as their buy side M&A advisor
3) Manage the team, upskill them and bring efficiencies and automations in the process (around sourcing, reach outs, and automations)
4) Push deals to the transaction space and close deals
5) Build relationships with the sell side targets and continuously track and nurture them
Preferred experience :
1) 4-7 years of work experience in Investment Banking space
2) Have closed a few deals in IT services, technology space
3) Have been a part of a few transactions
Salary : As per industry standards
