Job Description
- Conduct EHS committee meetings
- Coordinate and assist for external Inspections and audits in regards to EHS
- Work/coordinate with team(s) at all levels within the organization for strengthening of EHS programs and implementation.
- Collection and Analysis of EHS data/information, Maintenance and Updating of records related to EHS performance (record keeping)
- Assist administration team / SPOCs in maintaining the Site Preparedness for contingency management as guided by team lead/ risk management from time to time
- Ensure implementation and reporting of EHS performance (monthly, bi-annually and annually) for internal and external stake holders
- Conduct and maintain records for EHS trainings as per training calendar
- Maintain the tracker of EHS activities that are aligned to the functional Goals & Objectives
- Maintain EHS management system documents and Obligatory requirement documents that are applicable to the location /country Conduct and record HAZID for WNS premises with site SPOCS and follow-up for closure for EHS risk reduction and opportunity study at sites Vendor management with procurement for EHS - Trainings, certifications and supplies etc Follow-ups on automations or value improvement projects (VIP) Implement Food Safety program EHS Communications - Sharing of training and EHS process related communications internally Implement the controls for reduction of work place incident, accidents and injuries etc.
Skills required
- Knowledge of Management System for Environment and Carbon net zero.
- ISO Certified Mandatory
