Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers for personal audio and home audio products including TWS, Neckbands, Soundbars, Portable Speakers and other Audio products
- Strategize, conceptualize, and plan the product roadmaps for multiple product lines and segments in hearables and audio portfolio
- Manage launch calendar for multiple products as per defined cost, profitability, performance, schedule, and quality targets
- Define product-level features & attributes, differentiators, and Reason to Believe (RTB) in conjunction with product marketing and sales teams
- Drive product and technology innovation and keep abreast of prevailing consumer trends to ensure that brand's portfolio is successful and stays ahead of the competition
- Build a deep understanding of customers, user segments and personas and spearhead customer research, need analysis & A/B testing initiatives
- Work with internal groups (Sales, Product Marketing, Project Management, R&D, Quality & Operations Planning functions) and external supplier and ODM groups in planning and execution of product roadmaps
