Job Purpose
To focus on flagship basket of products and develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve sales target and increase market share of product basket.
Areas
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy and Growth Management
- Develop and propose effective marketing strategis for product basket to Marketing Head.
- Design and implement marketing programs aimed at incresing market share & enhancing customer engagement and retension for assigned product basket.
- Ensure operational marketing plan is in line with overall marketing plan and priorityes to achieve the sales target.
- Identify target audiences, plan marketing activities to achieve volume estimations, review products and executive promotions to enure product movement.
- Monitor the effective implementation of Marketing Strategies by sales employees to get maximum returns.
- Analyse and review competitor intelligence report and industry trend.
- Analyse the sales trend and prepare product movement analysis.
- Continuously provide information for stragegic opportunities on the group of products.
- Ensuring maximum ROI by participation in national and international tradeshows, exhibitions & organizing events like CMEs, seminars and Advisory Boards.
- Ensure 100% hygenic business processes to avoid all type of legal complications.
2. Public Relations
- Building & strengthening relationships with key business accounts, medical fratenity, KOL thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them complete product support and securing repeat business.
3. Business Innovation
- Closely work with Marketing lead for strenthing the presense of current range of products.
- Finding out inovative ways to build connect with customers to retain them with product range for longer period.
4. Team Development and People Management
- Coach, train and develop team members to enhance their skill levels to establish & maintain strong presense in market.
- Provide on the job learning opportunities to Product Management Team which will help them to develop and keep them charged.
5. Others
- Any other functions/tasks assigned by the Management, in the interest of the organization

Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate and Post Graduate in Marketing
Experience (Type & Nature)
- 6+ years of total experience, of which
2+ years of experience in handling product basket.
