Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the design team in executing creative direction and guidance provided by the Lead Designer.
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Participating in the ideation and creation of design concepts, considering user experience, functionality, and visual aesthetics.
- Creating high-quality designs for branding, packaging, and social media, using design software and tools.
- Actively seeking feedback from clients and incorporating it into design iterations.
- Supporting the growth and development of the design team by assisting and learning from senior designers.
- Conducting user research and analysis to understand user preferences and apply insights to design decisions.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
Skillset & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience working with design teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn and improve.
