Graphic Designer-Premium Mattresses / Packaging Design

OVERALL ROLE PROFILE :
As a Pro-efficient Graphic Designer, your role is responsibility for overseeing and creating high-quality visual designs extensions for various projects. You will also need to guide Graphic Operators to ensure the work meets the brand’s standards.
Undertaking illustrations is an added advantage.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES - COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF

• End to end special project management for new launches/new brand initiatives
• Manage the design process of various visual communication materials, from conception to final execution.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital media, packaging, exhibitions, and marketing collateral.
• Packaging Design.
• In this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Competitive analysis and track of competition packaging and other communication design innovations.
• Additionally, you will be expected to provide creative direction and mentor ship to junior designers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales.
• Be able to communicate your design vision effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Overall, your goal will be to ensure that all design materials are visually engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.

• Extending Sub masters from main masters
• Brand guidelines adherance and extention
• UAE Graphic Design Requirements
• New packaging extension from master approved packaging
• Launch/Pitch Presentations
• Internal Even Branding Kits
• Product Video Frame developments for agency briefing
• Any miscellaneous graphic innovation work along with other designers and operators - which agencies refuse to do due to short notice.
• Assisting in product/video shoot projects as per need basis.

MUST HAVE’ COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent knowledge of design principles and typography to create designs inhouse
• Assisting in Brand/Product Shoots
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and clients, attention to detail, creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

‘DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES’
Not compulsory but optional competencies with an added advantage.

• Coordinating with Offline printers for POS/Stationary/Merchandise printing cost negotiations and printing.
• Co-ordinating with Online and Computer Graphic Vendors as per the requirement.
• English Communication and Writing
• Design engaging graphics, animations, and videos including GIFs and short-form video under the supervision of Head - Marketing Communications.

• Figma Design

PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE :

• Years of experience is minimum requirement
• If existing team member moves on, we are also open to get on board fresher’s form A/B school to train and develop them for the position as it ensure one of the efficient ways for best productivity.
• Any UIX Design course from a reputed design school or an equivalent rich experience in design studios
