We are on the lookout for a dedicated "Senior Graphic Designer " to spearhead our team of talented designers. As the senior designer, you will guide and inspire your team to take existing designs and reinvigorate them across a variety of marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
- Creative Adaptation: Oversee the adaptation of existing designs for a wide range of marketing channels, including both digital and print.
- Customization: Ensure that graphics, layouts, and illustrations are tailored to meet specific marketing requirements, all while maintaining brand consistency.
- Brand Integrity: Safeguard the visual consistency and brand identity across different marketing platforms, guaranteeing a unified brand message.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand adaptation requirements and deliver high-quality designs that align with business goals.
- Design Software: Utilize design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), to make necessary adjustments to existing design assets.
- Project Management: Manage multiple adaptation projects simultaneously, exhibiting impeccable time management and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Feedback Incorporation: Continuously incorporate feedback from stakeholders and maintain open and effective communication Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and composition, ensuring a meticulous eye for detail and dedication to brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
