Position Overview
As an Expert Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to our brand’s visual identity. Your role involves creating captivating designs, enhancing user experience, and ensuring consistent branding across various digital and print platforms. We value innovation, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Visual Branding and Identity:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity that aligns with our core values.
- Design logos, packaging, labels, product design, product photography, product infographics, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Digital Design:
- Create eye-catching graphics for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Optimize visuals for different devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure a seamless user experience through thoughtful design choices.
- Product Packaging and Label Design:
- Craft attractive and informative product labels and packaging that resonate with our eco-conscious audience.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality printing and production.
- Print Materials:
- Design brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print materials.
- Maintain a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
- Photography and Image Editing:
- Capture and edit product photos for our website and marketing materials.
- Enhance product images to showcase their best features.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design:
- Collaborate with developers to create intuitive UI designs for our website and mobile app.
- Prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Creative Ideation and Conceptualization:
- Brainstorm innovative design concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay informed about design trends and incorporate fresh ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
- Experience in e-commerce design, branding, and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
