JOB OBJECTIVES:
The Global Solution Lead/Architect - Commercials will be responsible for leading the ERP Commercials domain for Coca Cola Bottling Investments Group

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the owner of the ERP Commercial Stream, responsible for understanding and addressing the unique requirements of our internal business units.
• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the needs of multiple business units while aligning with the overall template design.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement solutions for various commercial functions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Ensure solutions are deployed strategically, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.
• Conduct thorough requirement gathering and design workshops, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the solution are considered.
• Drive project execution, overseeing the end-to-end delivery process and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and support during the rollout of S/4 HANA solutions for business units, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
• Validate requirements gathered from business units and proposed solutions from partners, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior management to facilitate collaboration and drive alignment on key initiatives.
• Overall, 12-15 experience in working with SAP ERP systems with 2 to 3 years in implementing SAP S4 HANA
• Stream including legacy ERP SAP, New Implementation for Commercial Stream including Sales Order Mgt, Pricing, DSD, Invoicing, Integration with 3rd party application like Sales Force Automation, eB2B, EDI etc
• Work with SAP support if issues arise with the SAP solution.
• Can work independently on new system implementations and roll outs.
• Well versed with SAP SD with good understanding of supply chain processes in areas of Warehouse Management and Transportation
• Excellent communication skills and collaborating with multi-functional business partners

Minimum Education:

A bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology or a related field of study is preferred

Minimum Work Experience:
12-13 years

Competencies/Skills/Abilities: 

• Proven experience in implementing SAP ERP solutions, with a focus on Commercial Stream functionalities. Experience with S/4 HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong hold on SAP SD with integration areas of Supply Chain and Finance
• Demonstrated experience conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, driving project execution, and delivering solutions that meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the beverage manufacturing and bottling industry, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with external partners and vendors to deliver solutions, including managing relationships and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Engaging and working with cross-functional enterprise level software development projects using Agile development methodologies and leading team of 8-10 developers
• Experience with, or understanding of, Agile/Lean Software Development practices such as Scrum

Functional Competencies:

• Knowledge of Order to cash processes, Sales, route to market process in Beverage, CPG or equivalent industry. 
• Ability to gather functional requirements, write & Document Functional Specifications
• Familiar with SDLC (Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
• SAP certifications would be preferred
