Brief on the Organization:
The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health. PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centers of Applied Research in core public health themes. The Foundation, established in 2006 as a public private initiative, is governed by an independent board comprising of senior government officials, eminent Indian and International academic and leaders, civil society representatives and corporate leaders. - Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Manage EPABX system and direct calls to appropriate dept.
- Coordination with facility management staff for facility management services.
- Maintain records for incoming calls
- Manage Dispatch (Both incoming and Outgoing)
- Calendar updating for meeting room booking.
- Coordination with Travel agency for Travel related services (Ticket /Hotel /visa services etc.)
- Logistics support for internal and external meetings.
- Coordination with vendors for various admin related activities (Awarding services /raising PO/Payment processing and Reconciliation)
- Inventory management.
- Filling and record keeping
- Admin support to various dept. as and when required.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Essential:
- Graduate degree
Essential:
- Around 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and phone systems.
Desirable:
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
