CFR (Corporate Financial Reporting) is hosted in Worldwide Controllership Organization and is custodian of HP Inc. US GAAP Policy & Compliance with annual revenue of $52B+ globally. The CFR M&A team supports HP’s M&A initiatives by providing support as well as leading due diligence, technical accounting, valuation, opening statement finalization and integration activities.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Supporting M&A deals in Due Diligence, Forecast Reviews and Acquired entity accounting (Apogee Entities for this specific role)
- Being part of a team that consults clients across all sectors and project manages transactions
- Participating in meetings and presentations to clients across the business areas and geographies
- Manages external vendors as needed (e.g., auditors and consultants).
- Assess complex financial analysis for a global business or finance function, exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
- Actively reviews, analyses, and manages the key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements (e.g., GAAP, SBC, AFM).
- Supporting acquired company policy integrations.

Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification.
- Typically 6+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
