Support core Global Revenue Operations activities which can include the following
- Review client contracts to identify Visa’s contractual pricing obligations that require pricing or billing setup.
- Set up, manage, and monitor pricing plans.
- Support billing activities including accounts receivable and accounting.
- Support the collection, analysis of and follow-up on client-reported data and interact with clients to understand and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage queries and correspondences from internal and external clients.
- Prepare statistical reports for management reviews, publication, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Global Revenue Operations processes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage on technology and support the development of productivity tools.
- Assist with other revenue projects and analyses and reports as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
