The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Technical support who have strong background of NetSuite and Concur application support/Admin to join our team. As a support analyst, you will be responsible for delivery and maintaining systems by analyzing the issues reported. Need to have strong background on the NetSuite domain areas P2P/O2C/R2R as well the Concur Expense Support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and application developers, to deliver engaging and responsive user experiences.
You are great at:
Development and Support:
Deliver solutions that are clean, efficient, and maintainable NetSuite/Concur applications functional support.
Co-ordinate with NetSuite Vendor Support/Concur vendor support team for any standard issue resolutions.
Strong support background on the ERP domains like P2P/R2R/O2C.
Additional knowledge of SideTrade application support.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with designers, front end, backend developers, and other stakeholders including business to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress and addressing any technical challenges or concerns.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing of frontend code to identify and fix bugs, UI issues, and browser compatibility problems.
Use debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues.
What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of experience on supporting the NetSuite/Concur applications functional support.
Familiarity with the process of Ticketing tool/Change management process.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
