Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Fashion Designer and Merchandiser. As a Fashion Designer & Merchandiser, you will be responsible for designing and creating fashion products that resonate with our customers' diverse cultures, traditions, and landscapes. Additionally, you will support the team with product merchandising and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions to maximize sales. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion from NIFT or equivalent profiles preferred. 2+ years of experience in fashion design and product merchandising Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent understanding of fabrics, textiles, and color theory Source Fabric from competitive wholesale houses locally in NCR or nearby cities. Coordinate with Manufacturing factories to ensure apparel production is done with the desired quality. Inventory management for all the existing products. Ability to work independently and within a team. Experience with trend forecasting and analysis Passion for travel, culture, and fashion
