Job Description:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented Fashion Interns to join our team for a duration of 3-6 months. As an intern at Mezenor, you will have the opportunity to work closely in various departments, including Fashion Marketing, Merchandising, and Design. This internship program will provide you with hands-on experience, exposure to the fashion industry, and valuable insights into the workings of the industry.
Roles and Responsibilities: Your specific responsibilities will depend on the department you are assigned to, but may include:
1. Fashion Marketing:
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conducting market research and analyzing fashion trends
Assisting in creating and managing content for social media platforms
Supporting the organization of fashion events and photoshoots
2. Merchandising:
Assisting in material sourcing and selection
Monitoring inventory levels and production performance
Coordinating with the production teams to deliver the products within timelines and monitor quality of products.
Collaborating with the design team to ensure products meet ongoing trends in the market.
3. Designers:
Assisting in the creation of designs and mood boards
Conducting research on fabrics, colors, and patterns
Assisting in the preparation of design presentations
Collaborating with other departments to bring designs to life
Client interaction to get a perspective of customer expectations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: The internship will be based at our office at MG Road, Gurugram
Compensation: This is a paid internship opportunity- 10K per month (Fixed)

Outstanding interns who demonstrate exceptional skills and dedication during their internship may be considered for permanent positions in departments such as Fashion Marketing, Merchandising, or Design, based on available openings and individual performance.
