Work with Global facilities team to design the workflow of new facilities processes
Roll out the facilities processes in compliance with Company policies and Health & Safety Regulations in APAC regions
Perform risk management to ensure all risks are considered during the operation
Deliver training to users
Handle office move and renovation in APAC regions
Prepare facility management reports and annual maintenance budget
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
A bachelor s degree or above in facilities management, building Service or related disciplines
At least 8 years relevant work experience
Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, and 27001 is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills dealing with different levels of internal and external parties
Excellent communication, planning, organizational and management skills; self-motivated
Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
