- The Facilities Associate Director will be responsible for the successful operations of our regional service centers. In this role, you will lead a team and oversee vendor partners who provide a wide range of support and technical services to ensure efficient and uninterrupted work. You will also oversee and coordinate safety and security measures for the facility ensuring policies and processes are in place and aligned to meet compliance.
- Contribute to budget planning and cost allocation for the services used as well as managing the fixed assets and insurance provision.
- Ensure facilities remain both internally and externally in safe and healthy operating condition and ensure the availability of associated services such as physical security, access control, equipment maintenance, technical support, ventilation and lighting, vending, cafeteria and cleaning.
- Provide guidance and partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with country regulations related to the provision of safe work environment, participating in the selection of service providers and handle relationships with vendors to ensure the quality of services provided.
