We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of Facilities and Management P&L Head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the Facilities and Management division, with a primary focus on managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. This role requires strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills to ensure the effective operation of facilities and management services.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute strategic plans for the Facilities and Management division in alignment with overall organizational goals.Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence within the department.Financial Management:Oversee the P&L statements for the Facilities and Management division, ensuring financial goals and targets are met or exceeded.Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.Conduct regular financial analyses to assess the financial health and performance of the division.Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate facilities and management strategies into overall business objectives.Team Leadership:Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide coaching and mentorship to develop team members' skills and capabilities.Vendor Management:Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness and service levels.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities and management operations.Performance Metrics:Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the performance of the Facilities and Management division.Regularly report on divisional performance to senior management.
