Export Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager located in Vadodara. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing Export Sales for the company, including establishing sales targets and ensuring they are met, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. The Export Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and managing the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Export Sales management or related field, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector . Candidate who has experience of Export sales marketing of forging products mostly flanges are prefered.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and any other international language
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications in export and import management are a plus.
