The Candidate is responsible for managing the Front Desk area and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, handling general inquiries, and overseeing various administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals and direct them accordingly.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Ensure office hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage pantry, stationery, and couriers.
- Oversee parking management and maintain attendance registers.
- Handle AIHP helpdesk tasks related to switches, electricity, wiring, table chairs maintenance, etc.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
- Manage business card and employee ID card distribution.
