Executive - Financial Accounting

Challenging profile, requires good communication skills and fair accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of employee reimbursement claims as per the company policy with control on the employee expense claim process.
• Dedicated support in the T&E area and ensure smooth process of the T&E function.
• Raising queries to employees for their claims and responding to employee on their queries.
• Preparation of various MIS required in the overall T&E process.
• Co-ordination with various users with regards to the processing of claims and managing the process smoothly.
• Timely processing the corporate card payments and ensure the same is paid within the due date of the card payments.
• Fair knowledge of Accounts Payable required – Vendor invoicing, TDS, GST input credit, etc.
