1. Devise and drives mid to long-term financial strategy to deliver bottom line growth, and achieve business objectives for the organization
2. Drives comprehensive product pricing strategies and discount structures, adapting to changing market scenarios to optimize profitability and competitiveness in a manufacturing setup
3. Provide frameworks, scenarios and options to the MD and leadership team for evaluating strategic issues like key investments and capital expenditure and
conducting the required financial due diligence
4. . Governs the financial heath of organization via forecasting and monitoring ongoing performance against plan to achieve its annual operating expenses
5. Owns and champions the implementation of Financial Reporting, Treasury, Taxation, Financial planning & Analysis processes for the organization
6. Defines the fund management strategy of the orgranization; Drive effective management of Treasury and Funds to ensure availability of adequate capital structure to meet the requirements of the organization
6. Drives the identification of key expenses cost drivers and ensure monitoring of the same across functions. Enables the company to achieve its annual operating expenses and cost reduction targets
7. Establish and ensure appropriate systems and processes of accounting and audit to ensure that proper and accurate records and reports are maintained and all statutory and audit requirements are complied with
8. Identify risks to the budgeted plan and take early action to mitigate risks including getting management attention and action
9. Liaisons with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to the defined processes, standards, statutory norms & regulations in both internal and external audits
10. Monitors and anticipates risks in all business dimensions through strong collaboration with other functions and drive capability improvement to ensure all organizational risks are hedged and mitigated
11. Responsible for interacting with investors for providing financial information and clarification and maintain relationships with shareholders to ensure speedy responses to queries and compliances required
12. Cascades and governs, performance objectives of the leadership team and regularly reviews performance of the team
13. Defines and Governs, design and implementation of people objectives for the organization
14. Champions digitization and automation of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of organization processes
15. Defines and drives mission, vision and culture of the organization with the leadership team
