About the Role:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health and sustainability of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to develop accurate financial projections and monitor performance against targets.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management practices, identifying and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation and liquidity management strategies to support business operations and growth initiatives.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities effectively, optimizing returns while minimizing risks.
- Financial Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and auditors, fostering transparency and trust.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience 15+years of work experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of NBFC operations and regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive strategic insights.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
