- Ability to conduct/coordinate events end-to-end: both offline & offline
- Ability to handle physical video shoots, webinars (web conference tools like Zoom, etc.), virtual Ad-Board /virtual KOL meetings
- Manage events/conferences in various locations/geographies
- Capable of setting up and handling stalls
- Effective coordination with I/E stakeholders
- Clear appraisal of project requirements
- Acknowledge & respond to internal queries within acceptable timeframe
- Event planning, event design, and roll-out
- Run campaigns & roadshows based on the theme selected
- Coverage of business requirements to last detail in event planning and design
- Consistent follow up to ensure all requisites are well addressed
- Conduct of mock-ups and dry runs before actual event day
- Accuracy of planning
- CSAT scores from client / fewer escalations
- Achieving zero error during conduct of event
- Profit margin from the event
- Payment Follow up
- Participate in client discussions, where necessary, to facilitate collaboration of event
- Jointly plan event with PMs (brainstorm, design solutions & concepts)
- Budgeting and invoicing of event projects
- Oversee printing of event collaterals, ensure adherence to material specifications, track delivery timelines/delivery challans, submit invoices
- Design SLA and SOW for vendors/ artists/ suppliers related to event projects
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and technology used in events / for conducting webinars, videos, conferencing, etc.
- Effective understanding & navigation skills pertaining to display of event slides /content, designing requirements, etc.
- Good MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Good Project Management skills
- Knowledge of branding of the company
