About the role Simpl is looking for an experienced professional who’s super passionate about scaling Simpl’s D2C unlocked events to grow our community. We’re looking for folks who enjoy Event Management, have attention to detail and are focused on creating the best experience for the attendees of the event also enjoy meeting people, building relationships, connecting the dots in a fast moving environment and take data driven decisions and most importantly are not afraid of failing and very quickly learning what not to do. Candidates must have a strong interest in and knowledge of events with background of a working with an agency, or a community. You will:  Be the onwer of D2C startup events at Simpl  Will be responsible for the end to end execution and drive business outcomes  Set up playbooks for operational efficiency.  Drive engagements and interact at the CxO of D2C brands You’ll need to think strategically about business goals, community goals and come up with compelling value propositions that will attract maximum participation from the ecosystem. This calls for an attention to detail and problem solving attitude. We’re looking for someone who has:  4+ years of experience in Event execution  Great verbal and written communication skills  Likes to interact with people and build relationships with key stakeholders  Knows the difference between a good and a great event and what elements make the difference  High ownership and can work autonomously
