The company curates and manages a range of events from product launches to celebratory events, Indian classical music concerts/festival of maestros or rocking international bands, customer loyalty program, employee engagement, corporate annual days to sports days, R&R, mega star-studded shows, designer fashion shows, and more. The company's major USP is the amalgamation of technology and creativity. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and account management. The role is based in Bengaluru. Job Responsibilities • Handle special projects/small & large format events end to end • Front end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships within the client organization, generate and negotiate new business from existing accounts for Eventive Communications • Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives • Negotiating with clients & closing the deal • Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams • Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries • Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events • Work in collaboration with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business • Be responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual target • Take empowered decisions regarding business negotiations • Brand Management: Identify and analyze brands to partner with on various projects, understand competition, research and knowledge of current trends (marketing/lifestyle, etc.) Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 Years Remuneration: Best in the Industry Education Background Required: Graduation/Post Graduation Degree (Marketing/Mass Communication/Brand Communication preferred) Qualifications Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills Experience in creating and delivering presentations Exceptional customer service skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills. Graduation/Post Graduation Degree (Marketing/Mass Communication/Brand Communication preferred) Experience in the events industry is a plus
