**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team, primarily handling email inquiries with some phone communication. The role involves resolving customer issues and providing excellent service through written and verbal communication. This position offers rotational shifts, with two rotational days off each week, and is based at our Ghansoli - MBP location.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues primarily via email, with occasional phone communication.

- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.

- Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.

**Requirements:**

- Graduation or Undergraduate degree.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in email customer support.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Flexible to work rotational shifts and weekends.

**Interview Process:**

1. HR Round: Telephonic

2. Operations Round: Virtual

3. Client Round: Virtual

**Salary:**

Up to 30,000 INR Inhand, depending on the candidate's last drawn package.
