Responsibilities
• Follow SIOP & Inventory Processes to impact key metrics• Manage Planning and controlling operations efficiently• Own and initiate inventory management initiatives• Verify WIP on shop floor and maintain planning records• Update plant information and performance indices• Lead problem-solving initiatives on shop floor• Drive adherence to Eaton Business System and Code of Ethics• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance• Develop high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement• Manage potential material shortages via MRP system• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost out
Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical engineering• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, PPC, and Logistics roles• Prior shop floor management experience• Good knowledge of Ford system• Preferred CPIM certification• Experience with Microsoft Office software
