How does Financial Planning & Analysis play an important role?: The Financial Planning & Analysis
(FP&A) role is crucial for effective stewardship of resources. Reporting directly to the CFO, the
Manager/Sr. Manager FP&A will be responsible to analyze financial data, create budgets, forecast and
monitor spending to ensure funds are allocated efficiently toward the organization's mission. He/She
will need to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making, helping prioritize initiatives,
identify cost-saving opportunities, and maximize the impact of donor contributions.
In this role, you will:
- Play a critical role in defining efficiency indicators for the financial strategy and comparative
- Conduct comprehensive financial business analysis.
- Integrate operational and bookkeeping data to drive business insights for Educate Girls.
- Forecasting, budgeting, and projecting data accurately.
- Generating functional monthly reports and scaling reports tailored to business needs.
- Delivering insightful monthly and quarterly reports to management.
- Assisting the CFO in financial modeling, crafting five-year business plans, and preparing annual
- Offering dynamic analysis for informed decision-making.
- Developing financial dashboards and preparing presentations for various meetings, ensuring

Apply if you:
- Are a MBA in Finance or have an equivalent qualification
- Have 5 to 7 years of business finance, corporate finance, Financial Planning & analysis,
- Excellent knowledge of financial modelling using MS Excel
- Excellent understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Well versed with financial ratios and Analysis
- Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Power BI/ Google studio/ similar data analytics tools
