Job Description
- Should be able to handle complete product design/development activity. Forward-looking approach.
- Be responsible for the design of products, components and assemblies/Dwg in 3d/2D - SolidWorks/ Inventor & AutoCAD.
- Design Calculations, selection of standard components related to design and development.
- Maintaining engineering documents such as specifications, bill of material, Tech. data sheet, ECN.
- Participate in design reviews to surface issues and derive optimal robust solutions that satisfy business, product, and quality needs.
- To provide support to purchase a team/Vendor for development, production & QC.
- Knowledge of proper drawing annotations & Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T).
- Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process and material selection.
- Good to have CFD(Computational fluid dynamics) knowledge and able to understand the CFD results.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and good interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers, and vendors
