Responsibilities
• Responsible for the operational management of all site-based FM services• Ensures compliance with statutory and corporate H&S standards• Manages complex programs of work and projects• Manages vendor contracts and maximize diverse vendor spent• Initiates, reviews, and maintains performance indicators for facilities services• Plans and implements measurable performance standards• Provides leadership and support to the team• Manages risk and resiliency to ensure zero business interruptions• Builds long-term relationships with clients• Takes responsibility for relevant facilities budgets
Requirements
• Substantial post-qualification experience in managing a corporate property portfolio• Good understanding of budget management• Analytical skills and sound judgment• Demonstrable commitment to customer service excellence• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Experience in major building improvement projects• Knowledge of statutory standards and requirements for safe building management• Knowledge of contract standing orders, procurement processes, and relevant legislation
