- The Digital Support Utility is a new, dynamic and evolving team driving digital transformation strategy under Securities Services, which supports clients and investors globally in becoming more self sufficient by utilising the digital platforms available to them.
- The Digital Support Utility Administrator will work alongside Operations in updating data as instructed by Investors to the Digital Platforms. The main objective is to ensure system records of Investors data are accurate and updated on a timely basis to the system to ensure accurate reflection in the digital platform Investor Insight..
What you’ll do:
- The Digital Support Utility Administrator is responsible for updating Investor data to the Investor Insight database utilising the related system interface. The successful candidate will work as part of the Digital Support Utility and perform the setting up and maintainance of investor's data along with assisting in responding to investor queries around the Investor Insight platform.
- The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities to include but not limited to
- Compile Client onboarding documents and files.
- Perform Client & Investor Onboarding, Account Set up and Maintenance procedures.
- Reporting to interested parties such as the Fund Accountants, Investors, Distributors, Fund/Asset Management Companies.
- End of Day Activities.
- And any other activities pertaining to Digtial Support Utilities which may be introduced in future.
