Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Revealer to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and increase audience engagement.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, designing in canva, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Revealer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes and experience managing social media accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
