Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and probing.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales offers.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
