Role purpose:
Driving operational excellence and effective employee experience. Getting the team to manage HR Operational transactions with good quality and within SLA. Consistently improving processes through automations.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Operations
- Provide support and guidance to the HR Administrators on HR Process transactions
- Responsible for ensuring SOPs are created & updated for all processes in the department
SLA Adherence
- Manage optimal task and resource allocation to ensure that service delivery is as per defined target
Quality
- Manage deployment of a robust quality framework and accountable for supporting audit requirements
Escalations
- Manage escalation, provide the ticket with a resolution, and put in place the corrective actions to prevent a re-occurrence.
Stakeholder management
- Manage the local market leads
People Management
- Lead and manage the WPA Process team members through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development
- Drive team engagement activities & promote a positive work environment at the workplace
- Drive continuous improvement ideas and digitalization of manual processes
Process Expertise
- Deployment of global process & systems; process review and process reengineering;
- Drive & Ensure the adherence of data privacy norms namely GDPR, SOX within the team.

Essential:

- Good understanding of employee life cycle end to end (including WPA, L&D, Resourcing and Reporting)
- Experience of process Improvement & implementation
Experience:
- 6-11 years
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
- Graduate.
- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Delivery background(preferred)
- Possess good understanding of SuccessFactors and the interfaces with other systems
Key performance indicators :
- SLA Management Ensure delivery of all process with as per Service Level Agreements.
- People Management
- Drive Process Improvement for the team & digitalization, support Global project implementation
- Update & own Service partnership agreement
- Successful internal & external audits
