Role & responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible and accountable for conceptualizing, planning, and executing Internal Communication globally
- The person will be responsible for the management of internal content management portals/intranet/content hubs. possess skills of a storyteller with a keen sense of newsworthiness and creative writing skills
- Responsible for content generation, writing and editing stories, blogs, thought leadership articles, and other related communication
- Understand business requirement and conceptualize new age content like infographics, short videos
- Plan, schedule, track and independently execute projects
- organizing town hall meetings, and events
- Ensure Internal Communication efforts are coordinated and aligned with broader organizational objectives.
- Engage with external agencies for developing design collateral
- Provide guidance on Internal Communication best practices and support other departments' communication needs.
Desired Skills:
- Experience using various communication tools for intranet would be a preferred
- Strong background in using communication tools and software
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate with around 5+ years of work experience in Internal Communication, storytelling etc.
