- Manage the Complete Insurance Program for the organization
- Evaluate the organizations insurance needs examining the organizations process and identify exposures
- Perform policy checks and reviews
- Manage Insurance Claims
- Manage the Insurance Team
- Publish MIS and dashboards to the relevant stakeholders
- Manage Policy renewals
- Prepare monthly and annual insurance budgets
- Formulate loss minimization programs
