Designation Updated December 21, 2023 Location Organization Job Description Conduct timely inspection & testing of incoming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates & Finished Goods. Calibrate & conduct preventive maintenance of the reference/master samples & testing instruments as per guidelines. Conduct quick analysis of complaint received from the market and respond timely response to field. Carry out audits as per defined schedule and guideline. Perform closure of the gaps as per agreed timelines. Adhere to APQS (QMS, SMS & EMS). Raise design change requests. Provide suggestion for improvement in case of any gap. Execute timely inwarding of vehicles without any plant controllable detention along with updation in SAP. Coordinate with Safety, Plant engineering & Security (Streamline) for resolution of in warding issues. Allocate work activity to permanent workmen of RM Stores as per settlement Norms. Communicate & resolve daily in warding issue pertaining to Central Purchase amicably. Enforce/Execute timely issues of materials to production. Review and correct receiving record with invoices. Execute cycle count as per schedule. Review/Record timely tanker unloading permit. Organize and maintain RM Stores and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, stocking and organizing raw materials inside the stores. Assist and conduct physical stock taking along with permanent workmen quarterly. Preparing and maintaining a repository of Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) of exceptions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
