Customer Support
JOB DESCRIPTION.
· Performing outbound calls (Dubai) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
· Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the follow-up.
· Assess and resolve enquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
· Manage and optimize the performance of our outbound customer experience operations, including call centre, email, chat.
· Develop and execute the operational strategy for the company's customer experience operations, working closely with senior management to align it with overall business goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Fresher / Any Graduates can apply with Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable follow-up will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam abilities / call centre expertise
· Previous experience in a Customer support role will be an added advantage.
