What would you do?
- 12+ years of experience in US Retirement Services domain – Defined Contributions
- 5+ years of experience in managing processes across Money In or Money Out or Institutional contributions with people span of 35 – 50 resources
- Experience with remote transition, hands on with process reporting: SLA, TAT, Quality, AHT, NIGO, RCA
- Excellent people leadership skills, ability to manage team in critical situations and drive holistic engagement
- Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities across process, reporting and controls
- ASPPA Certification (Preferred).
Manage financial and non financial amendments requested by the participant. Overall management of beneficiary settlement process in the event of loss of life; Notice of death, beneficiary research, notification, settlement and event closure.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in Retirement Services, with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
- Previous experience in managing a team of professionals
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a range of audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- Knowledge of operational best practices, including quality control, performance management, and process improvement
- Proficient in the use of relevant software, including Microsoft Office, project management tools, and other relevant applications
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
- Lead a team of retirement specialists in providing high-quality retirement planning and investment management services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of the business.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team leads to develop their skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with Internal departments and operations, to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retirement planning and investment management landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.
