Job Description and KRA for Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Work from home plus Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi

v Company Business – Production & Exports of Paper Products like Greeting Cards, Leather Journals, Paper Stationery to Europe and USA

The Candidate (Customer Relationship Manager) should be a , , , , , , and individual with skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, energetic environment.

The Candidate will be responsible to speak/communicate with overseas business associates, potential customers and buyers. Understand International trends, markets, requirements and create leads in the International Market.

v Skills required

· Must have excellent English - written & verbal communication skills.

· Must have strong follow-up skills.

· Familiar with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & other MS Office and business applications

· Must be a multi-tasker

· NO FEAR of computers & technology. At least an intermediate knowledge of Internet terms & capabilities. Willing to learn Tally & MS Project

· Must be able to list, test & choose optimal solutions to problems, at work.

· Must possess strong analytical skills - be able to formulate business problems numerically and be able to calculate and choose optimal options.

v Responsibilities of the Candidate

· Create and Manage International relationships with Designers and buyers and interact with the production team and ensure efficient production and exports.

· Understand, interpret and explain the buyers’ requirements.

· Be exceptionally responsive and deliver solutions to all customers’ requests.

· Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients.

· Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track.

· Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.

· Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Support Desk.

· Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.

· Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders

· Quality assurance for Service to clients – ensuring that BPI becomes known for Great product and even better service.

· Managing budgets and timelines

· Generating and presenting change orders

· Providing clients with timely updates and status

· Updating all project statuses as frequently as possible throughout the day

· Create reports and other templates for colleagues to achieve desired results

· Create customers in similar and related industry

Specific Tasks

a. Work with management to build a plan for solving customer’s issues.

b. Create and Manage an Online campaign for Marketing and Business Promotion using Adwords, Social Media etc.

c. Have interface with buyers to understand and manage Increase Sales

d. Manage team to ensure topmost service for customers

Specific tasks for Team Building

a. Work with team to ensure perfect quality, packaging and delivery of shipments to customers.

b. Create a marketing plan for sale of products all over the world.

c. Product development and sampling for existing customers and develop new customers

d. Contact & develop business with buying companies

e. Manage an online campaign for business promotion for BPI – Adwords and Social media

1. Onboarding Schedule:

We are looking forward to One or two meetings with you at Jasola with the CEO and Senior Vice President to explain the company ethos, vision, mission etc.
Once all of us are confident you can start working from the operations center. We would need your – resume, copy of adhaar in hard copy to issue you an appointment letter.

2. Reporting Structure:
Vikram Bahri is the CEO of BPI and shall be the final authority for all matters related to your employment, emoluments etc.

Vipul Jhalani is the Senior Vice President and shall be your immediate superior – you shall be reporting to him. He is based at Bawana and will be able to help you with your commute since he stays at Jor Bagh. But he or the company is not responsible for your commute. You will be also communicating, updating our International clients on projects, production etc.

3. Your Job Responsibilities and Expectations have been explained above in detail but we will be glad to go into further detail to ensure your complete understanding.
Specific goals and Targets will be fixed for you and they shall be regularly monitored and you shall be involved in assessment and enhancement of your performance.

4. Performance Evaluation and Feedback will be on a three month basis this will be based on results achieved on specific projects, samples developed, shipments made on time, quality controlled/improved, communication efficiency and satisfaction of buyers, designers.

5. Workspace and Equipment:
Will there be no specific requirements for your workspace, such as equipment, software, or tools? Computer will be provided by the company and/or you can bring your own laptop.

6. Company Policies and Benefits: You shall be required to attend office 5 days a week Monday thru Friday 9 am to 6 pm (some time consideration will be made for you since you are coming from afar) dress code for all is informal – jeans, dresses pants etc. are all fine. There are not any benefits at the start, we shall regularly monitor your work, efficiency and output and will make suitable increments/ incentives but these are not guaranteed. There is no insurance, benefits with this position.

Salary: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per month
