responsibilities
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills with expertise in English and Hindi • Candidate must be well versed with various aspects of the broking industry and should understand the working of stock markets • Candidate must have good networking with HNI and Ultra HNI clients • Candidate will be required to advise the clients over his/her investments in the stock markets using the PhillipCapital trading and investment research inputs • Candidate will be required to source new Trading and Demat accounts through self sourcing, leads and reference from the existing clients • Candidate will be required to understand the client profile and accordingly advise for non broking product requirements like Fixed Income, advisory, PMS, mutual funds etc • Candidate should be able to achieve his commitment through broking revenue and cross sell of other products like Advisory, PMS, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Margin Trading etc. • Candidate need to create a pipeline of prospects to attend various educational and product webinars conducted by the PhillipCapital product team. • Candidate need to conduct regular meetings with existing and prospect clients.
