1. Business/ Financials (Only Relevant roles)
- Underwriting target customer and onboarding quality portfolio
- Ensure Credit policy and process adherence by monitoring and timely review of processes and execution.
- Suggest Policy revisions in line with changing market conditions.
- Evaluate various collateral types for their value and title documentation requirements
- Participate in collection of dues from customers to maintain low delinquency.
2. Customer (Both Internal & External)
- Appraise various Customer segments in markets defined by the bank as area of operation for lending.
- Co-ordinate with Legal & Technical Agencies for quality and timely delivery of credit reports.
- Meet appropriate customers for understanding of their needs and Conduct underwriting and renewals of cases under purview
- Co-ordinate with functions like operations, FCU, business, risk, audit, technology etc. for effective delivery to end customers.
- Ensure various reports are being sent to stakeholders on monthly basis & at regular frequencies.
3. Internal Process
- Time to time Intervention to manage ground level risk effectively.
- Full adherence to RBI regulations on documentation and KYC compliance.
- Provide Audit Compliance.
- Timely hiring of Credit Process Associates (CPA) for the location as per the budget
4. Innovation & Learning
- Timely training to CPAs in the location.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of MSME and other related products.
- Upgrade self and team about changes happening in the market.
- Networking with other NBFCs/Banks to have a deeper understanding of the Industry and its perspectives
