Position description:
Credit Cards-Credit Cards Sales - Sales officer- SPC Others
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sales and Activation of Credit Card with focus for SPC Variant in close cordination with Virtual Channels,
- Cross Sell of Various card associated Products like SP ,Term Product , Payzaap, add on, LE/Upg etc,
- Sale of CASA, Sale of Insurance Products
- FTNR Management
- Customer query handling and resolution to customer satifaction
- Vymo Calling and conversion from database mapped.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain Due deligence as per bank norms and policies, Follow necessary sourcing guidelines as per compliance directives,
- Maintain healthy relationship with channel partners, One bank approach to cross sell all banking products
