Designation: Credit Card-Commercial Cards - Sales Officer
Position description: To source Business from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market /VFS/BLS Customers and to process customer application,KYC documents collection, validation & submission.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sourcing business from Bank branches/VFS /BLS centers :- Visiting VFS /BLS centers/ Bank branches daily for interacting with customers and pitching Prepaid / Business cards and Cross sell products.
- The BDR / Sales Executive will work very closely with the Sales Manager/ VFS/BLS/ Branch Staff including RM's of the Branch. Will be allocated Branches for performing the job role.
- To source Business from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market /VFS/BLS Customers.
- To meet assigned targets
- Responsible for conducting Events/Displays at the Branch/corporates/Malls etc.
- Submission of Daily Sales report.
- KYC documents collection, validation , submission :-
- Ensure all documents are checked in Originals, including KYC. Sign OSV on checking the originals only.
- Visit the customer’s residence / office to pick up the documents as per policy requirement and Login the file (submission of file / application to CPA or, RM, PB in the branch as required).
- Responsible for collecting the Post disbursement documents wherever required
- Processing customer application : -
- Successfully implementing and following the laid down bank process.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Calling customers and driving reloads through physical and digital mode such as Mobile Banking, Quick Reload, Net Banking and Prepaid Net Banking, sale of products
- Meeting/Calling the customer for Cross Sell of designated products.
- Building relationships with customers in order to ensure satisfied customer and also generate future business for bank products
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- Academic score: 50% +
