Creative Art Director

BRIEF
We are looking for a talented Art Director to create and execute compelling designs that tell our brand story. An ideal candidate has creative vision and high aesthetics and will lead design team to take charge of creating marketing collaterals that meet our business objectives. You will work closely with the creative team to manage, supervise, and execute all internal and external creative ensuring that all assets meet the highest standards of creativity and brand consistency.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts determining size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style.
Responsible for developing work that includes, but is not limited to, visual identity systems, campaign aesthetics, digital design, and branding and leading teams through ideation to execution.
Be the visual lead for a brand refresh in Q2 that will start to evolve. the visual brand language and create new creative templates and parameters across channels.
Develop and maintain new visual identity and branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and other media.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop visual concepts and ideas for projects that align with brand objectives, including guidance on production shoots for stills and video assets.
Review and approve design deliverables to ensure they meet high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency
Overseeing a team of designers that you will lead, inspire, and foster a culture of creative collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Graphic Design/Art Direction, with a focus on branding.
A strong understanding of Graphic Design within the field of fashion, an understanding of competitors and emerging trends in this field.
Extreme attention to detail with a keen eye for innovative design.
Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Bachelors Degree from a top design school preferred.
